FAQSIR offers three subscription tiers designed for different levels of usage — from individual sites to enterprise-scale deployments. All plans include the core AI-powered summary and FAQ features. Both monthly and annual billing are available, with annual plans offering two months free.

Annual billing
Annual plans are priced at 10x the monthly rate — effectively two months free. You get the same features and limits as the monthly plan. Switch between monthly and annual billing from the Billing page.
Trial period
First-time users may be eligible for a trial period when creating their first site. Trial availability and duration are configured by the FAQSIR team. During the trial, you have full access to your plan's features. See Billing & Payments for details.

AI Summary and AI FAQ are the core features available on every plan. When the widget loads on a page, the API generates a concise summary and a set of frequently asked questions from the article content. These power the Summary and FAQs tabs in the widget panel.
Hosted News Article (Plus and Pro) provides a dedicated, publicly accessible page for each generated article on the FAQSIR domain.
AI Video (Plus and Pro) creates AI-narrated video summaries of your articles, uploaded automatically to YouTube. Plus plans include 2 video generations per month, and Pro plans include 5. Additional credits are available for purchase — see Video Credits.

AI Chat (Plus) allows users to ask questions about the article they are viewing. The AI responds using the extracted article content as context. Conversations support up to 20 messages of history per session.
Advanced AI Chat (Pro) enhances the chat experience with Knowledge Base integration. The AI can search your uploaded documents using vector search, providing richer, more comprehensive responses that draw on your organisation's wider knowledge — not just the article being viewed.
Chat availability
Chat is not available on the Starter plan. Plus includes Basic Chat, while Pro includes Advanced Chat with Knowledge Base support.

Sentiment Analysis (Plus and Pro) adds tone analysis to your content, showing the overall sentiment of each article on a 1–10 scale with a visual indicator in the widget.

Video Generation Credits
Video generation is available on Plus and Pro plans. Your plan includes a monthly allowance (2 for Plus, 5 for Pro), with additional credits available for purchase. See Video Credits for pricing and details.
Processing Priority
Each plan tier has a different processing priority that determines how quickly your sources are processed:
